Lovely town and area with lots to explore by foot, bike or car. Not sure on the public transport links as we drove. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Friendly people. Perfect for our family (with 2 boys aged 13 and 16)

capbreton has so much more than I originally thought the beaches were amazing and the town had lovely shops the restaurants were good quality and markets worth a look and the surfing and water sports were brilliant

I travel a lot and I can say hands-down Capbreton and Hossagor, 3 km away, have become some of my all-time favorite places I’ve ever been! I highly recommend renting bikes from Ted’s surf school. The bike paths around town are really well laid out. Cruising around the marinas, the beaches, and all the incredible little streets were a complete highlight of my trip! The apartment was comfortable and well equipped for our one week stay. We found the location great for exploring Capbreton, Hossegor and the surrounding area, thanks to the adjacent walking/cycling path, the secure parking and the bike racks outside the apartment building.
